Pitcher of Grace is an organization dedicated to fostering emotional, psychological, and well-being through compassionate support, professional counseling, and community empowerment. It creates safe spaces for individuals and groups to heal, grow, and thrive founded by Jean Gifty, Phd.
Professional School Counseling supporting students' academic, emotional, and social growth through personalized guidance and crisis intervention.
Our Approach
Centre for Counseling, Training and Research
Counseling
Professional counseling for individuals (12+), couples, and families, offering in-person or online sessions to address anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, parenting, relationships, and more, helping clients find clarity and freedom.
Training and Equipping
We empower leadership teams (FCC Chandigarh, ACA Anna Nagar), parents, youth, and professors to cultivate growth through empathy, guidance, and accountability.
Social Research
The Positive Parenting Program (PPP) (2023-24), a Hinduja Foundation CSR initiative in Chennai, trained 300 parents across 10 schools through community-led workshops, with impact research conducted by Dr. Raja Samuel and Dr. Jean Gifty.
Institutional Collaborations
Through *The Better Human Project* (by Dr. Jean Gifty), we partner with Greater Chennai Corporation and Uplift Trust to provide school-based psychosocial support since 2018. With BCTI Delhi, we've held 120+ counseling sessions, while FCC Chandigarh offers counseling, training, and family therapy to strengthen community mental health.
Vision for a Sanctuary
Pitcher of Grace (PoG) is a residential care home providing holistic healing for youth in crisis, including pregnant teens, substance recovery programs, and day support for behavioral challenges—fostering restoration through safe, nurturing care.
